For the Men’s Ministry, the focus is on Strength, Leadership, and Legacy. Drawing from Dr. Joseph Bukassa’s background as a founder, father, and PhD holder, this ministry aims to develop men who are intellectually sharp, spiritually powerful, and family-oriented.

Proposed Name: Kingdom Pillars or The Men of Authority Vision Statement: To raise a company of men who lead with integrity, provide with wisdom, and protect the spiritual gates of their families and nations through the power of the Holy Spirit.

  1. The Four Pillars of the Men’s Ministry

I. Spiritual Priesthood

We believe every man is called to be the priest of his home. We equip men to build a consistent prayer altar and to “speak to the earth” with faith and authority to shift the atmosphere of their households.

II. Intellectual & Professional Excellence

Reflecting Dr. Bukassa’s “dual background” in science and theology, we encourage men to be experts in their fields. Whether in agriculture, business, or technology, we believe the Kingdom of God should be represented by the highest level of professional skill.

III. Integrity and Fatherhood

A man’s greatest ministry is his family. Following the example of our Visionary—a father of seven and a grandfather—we provide mentorship on being devoted husbands and present fathers who embody the values of perseverance and love.

IV. Leadership & Training

As Dr. Bukassa has trained countless servants of God, this pillar focuses on the “Timothy Principle”—men mentoring men. We prepare brothers to be leaders in the church and “Apostles in the Marketplace.”
