Dr. Joseph Bukassa is a renowned apostle, teacher, and spiritual leader whose ministry has left a profound mark on his generation. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, he subsequently earned two Doctorates in Theology as well as a PhD in Christianity and Society. This dual background—both scientific and spiritual—endows him with a unique, balanced approach that is deeply grounded in both human and divine realities.

As the Apostle and founder of the PLEIN SALUT ministry—and a native of the Democratic Republic of the Congo—Dr. Bukassa has witnessed this vision expand across numerous countries around the globe. His ministry centers on restoration, revelation, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. Bukassa has trained countless servants of God—including pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and leaders—many of whom are now flourishing in their own ministries. A devoted husband, father of seven, and grandfather, he embodies in his family life the very values he teaches: faith, integrity, perseverance, and love.

His desire is simple: to see every believer walk in the fullness of their destiny—speaking to the earth with faith, authority, and revelation.

We are a Revival movement that officially began in 1993 under the leadership of our Visionary, Dr. Apostle Joseph Bukassa, in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo; today, our ministry extends to many countries around the world. We believe that Jesus Christ never changes—that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Throughout our years of ministry, we have witnessed miracles and wonders. The blind have received their sight, and the deaf and mute have spoken and heard. The paralyzed have walked, and many other types of signs and miracles have taken place in our midst.
